Supports the designation of National Pipeline Safety Day.
Encourages: (1) state and local governments to observe the day with appropriate activities that promote pipeline safety; (2) pipeline safety stakeholders to use the day to create greater public awareness of advancements that can lead to greater pipeline safety; and (3) individuals across the Nation to do what they can to encourage safe pipeline practices and damage prevention.
