PoliFocus is a non-commercial civic information site that aggregates publicly available information about U.S. Congress members, federal and state legislation, and related public activity. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and is not affiliated with the United States government, Congress, C-SPAN, YouTube, or any third-party data source.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

PoliFocus uses YouTube API Services to display public C-SPAN videos related to bills. By using PoliFocus, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying systems in ways not authorized by us.
Use automated tools to make requests that exceed reasonable rate limits.
Misrepresent your identity or attempt to access another user's account.

4. Accounts

You may create an account to track bills and save preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the email listed below.

5. Third-Party Content

The Service displays content from third-party sources including Congress.gov, GovTrack, OpenStates, and YouTube. We do not own, control, or endorse this content. Third-party content is subject to its own terms and licensing.
