Designates June 10, 2009, as National Pipeline Safety Day.
Encourages: (1) pipeline safety stakeholders to use the day to create greater public awareness of advancements that can lead to greater pipeline safety; and (2) individuals throughout the United States to become aware of pipelines that run through their communities and encourage safe gas and hazardous liquid pipeline practices and damage prevention.
