Securities Investors Protection Act Amendments

A bill to amend section 406 of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 to limit the authority of the Civil Aeronautics Board with respect to subsidy payments for the transportation of mail.

A bill to amend section 1002(e) of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 to provide that the Civil Aeronautics Board shall determine the revenue needs of each carrier on an individual basis in any proceeding relating to the establishment of rates for the carriage of persons or property.

A bill to amend section 201(c) of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 to provide that matters requiring a decision by the Civil Aeronautics Board shall be acted upon by a quorum of not less than three members of the Board meeting jointly, and for other purposes.
