To require adoption of a management plan for the Hells Canyon National Recreation Area that allows appropriate use of motorized and nonmotorized river craft in the recreation area, and for other purposes.
Umatilla Basin Project Completion Act
To designate the Federal building located at 1550 Dewey Avenue, Baker City, Oregon as the "David J. Wheeler Federal Building".
Livestock Grazing Act
To provide for the continuation of certain commercial activities at the Red's Horse Ranch area of the Eagle Cap Wilderness, Wallowa and Whitman National Forests, Oregon.
To authorize the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to exempt certain small landfills from the ground water monitoring requirements contained in landfill regulations promulgated by the Agency.
To require the Secretary of Agriculture to convey certain lands under the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture to the City of Sumpter, Oregon.
To provide for the extension of expiring term grazing permits for lands within the National Forest System pending the completion by the Forest Service of final agency action in connection with the renewal of such permits.
To reinstate the permit for, and extend the deadline under the Federal Power Act applicable to the construction of, a hydroelectric project in Oregon, and for other purposes.
