A concurrent resolution establishing a temporary joint committee on the budget.

Establishes a Temporary Joint Committee on the Budget which shall report the concurrent resolutions on the budget required under the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974. Terminates the Joint Committee at the close of the 99th Congress.
