Anglo-Irish Agreement Support Act of 1986 - Authorizes using specified authorities contained in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to support the International Fund (the Fund) established pursuant to the Anglo-Irish Agreement signed in November 1985. Permits using such contributions only to support economic and social reconstruction and redevelopment in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Requires the President to make every effort to ensure that there is U.S. representation on the Board of the Fund.
