Nonprofit Sports Liability Limitation Act - Limits the liability for civil damages resulting from any negligent act or omission of an uncompensated qualified staff member of a nonprofit sports program occurring during the performance of such staff member's duties. Limits the liability of the sponsor and operator of such a program for civil damages resulting from such an act or omission.
