Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum to a named individual in full satisfaction of all claims against the United States for travel expenses to a duty station with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Relieves that individual of all liability to the United States for a specified sum allegedly advanced in error for such expenses.
