Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 2003

To direct the Secretary of the Interior to study the suitability and feasibility of designating Fort Gaines and Fort Morgan in Alabama as units of the National Park System, and for other purposes.

To suspend temporarily the duty on 5-Chloro-1-indanone.

To suspend temporarily the duty on ethyl pyruvate.

To extend the temporary suspension of the duty on 2-Methyl-4,6-bis[(octylthio) methyl]phenol.
