A bill to amend title XIX of the Social Security Act with respect to preventing discrimination against dentists in the coverage and payment for physicians' services which doctors and dentists are both authorized to provide under State law.

Amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to prohibit a State's Medicaid plan from discriminating against dentists, either in coverage or payment amounts, with respect to services or procedures which may be performed by either a doctor of medicine or a dentist.
