A bill to establish a commission to study the establishment of a National Lottery.
National Lottery Commission Act - Establishes a National Lottery Commission to study lotteries in the United States and other countries and make recommendations on the feasibility of establishing a national lottery.
Directs the Commission to transmit a final report of its findings and any recommendations for legislation or administrative action to the President and Congress within 18 months after the effective date of this Act. Terminates the Commission 30 days after such report is transmitted.
