A bill to eliminate the offset against social security benefits in the case of spouses and surviving spouses receiving certain Government pensions.

Repeals the requirement that the amount of monthly benefits payable to a spouse, surviving spouse, or mother under title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act be reduced by the amount such spouse, surviving spouse, or mother receives in monthly payments from a Federal or State pension fund.
