Amends the Bankruptcy Rules to make effective on August 1, 1983, a specified rule concerning notice to the debtor, all creditors and indenture trustees about certain proceedings.
Permits such person as the Court may direct to give such notice. (Under current law, only the clerk may give such notice.)
