A bill to expand coverage under the Presidential Assassination statute to former Presidents, to mandate federal jurisdiction under that statute, and for other purposes.

Amends the Federal criminal code to include former Presidents within the jurisdiction of the provisions regarding presidential assassinations.

Excludes presidential staff from the coverage of this Act.

Grants exclusive Federal jurisdiction for actions arising under this Act.
