A concurrent resolution urging the President to take certain actions with respect to the Soviet Union, and for other purposes.

Urges the President to: (1) curtail the exportation of advanced technology to the Soviet Union and encourage other countries to do the same; and (2) conduct a study of the effects on the U.S. economy and on national security interests of the importation of ferrosilicon and chrome ore from the Soviet Union and other countries, and report the results of such study to the Congress.
