Reaffirms Senate Resolution 179 and House Resolution 177 which called upon the President to take steps to strengthen the international barriers to proliferation of nuclear weapons.
Urges the President to seek agreement at the Versailles economic summit conference, and through other appropriate channels, that all nuclear supplier nations will export nuclear fuel, equipment, and technology only to those non-nuclear-weapon states that have accepted full-scope safequards of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
