A bill to expand the export of agricultural commodities, to improve the ability of the United States to neutralize the effects of export subsidies offered by competing foreign countries or organizations, and for other purposes.
Agricultural Export Expansion and Sales Assistance Act of 1982 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to make credit or credit guarantees with interest assistance, or both, available for agricultural export sales. Authorizes the Secretary to implement an export subsidy program for agricultural products if the product has been affected by foreign subsidies. Sets limits on the amount of assistance available in FY 1983 through 1985.
