A bill to provide that the interest rates applicable for purposes of sections 482 and 483 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 shall not exceed the interest rates applicable for such purposes on August 1, 1980.

A bill requiring the United States to purchase the grain the export of which to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics is embargoed and to prohibit the disposal of such grain at less than parity.

A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to exclude from gross income interest on deposits in certain savings institutions, and to increase the amount of the exclusion for dividends received by individuals.

A bill to extend to all unmarried individuals the full tax benefits of income splitting now enjoyed by married individuals filing joint returns; and to remove rate inequities for married persons where both are employed.

A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to allow certain married individuals who file separate returns to be taxed as unmarried individuals.
