Farm Storage Facility Loan Program Amendments Act of 1982 - Amends the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act to direct the Commodity Credit Corporation to make or guarantee grain storage facility loans to certain growers.
Limits: (1) aggregate annual loans and guarantees to $250,000,000; and (2) loan duration to seven years.
