A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to provide an additional Federal penalty for certain Federal, State, and local criminal violations committed while released on Federal, State, or local bail, probation, parole, or other similar form of release.

Amends the Federal criminal code to establish an additional penalty of up to ten years' imprisonment for any person who under Federal law commits certain violent crimes while on release with regard to a Federal or State crime punishable by a term of imprisonment over one year.
