Amends the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981 to repeal specified changes made to the extended unemployment compensation program.
Repeals: (1) the elimination of the national trigger provisions; (2) the exclusion of claims for extended or additional compensation in insured unemployment rate determination; and (3) the revision of the State trigger provisions.
Provides that the Federal-State Extended Unemployment Compensation Act of 1970 shall be applied as if such changes had not been enacted.
