A bill to repeal the changes made by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981 in the trigger provisions contained in the extended unemployment compensation program.

Amends the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981 to repeal specified changes made to the extended unemployment compensation program.

Repeals: (1) the elimination of the national trigger provisions; (2) the exclusion of claims for extended or additional compensation in insured unemployment rate determination; and (3) the revision of the State trigger provisions.

Provides that the Federal-State Extended Unemployment Compensation Act of 1970 shall be applied as if such changes had not been enacted.
