A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to engage in feasibility studies of water resource development and for other purposes in the Central Platte Valley, Nebraska.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to engage in feasibility studies for the Prairie Bend unit, Missouri River basin program, Nebraska, for water resources development, fish and wildlife habitat management, public outdoor recreation, flood control, and other appropriate purposes.

Conditions such studies on agreement by the State of Nebraska, or other non-Federal entity, to participate and share in their costs.
