A bill to ensure that each community in the United States, regardless of size, is provided with the maximum local full time radio broadcasting service.

Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to require the Federal Communications Commission when assigning AM radio channels to ensure that each community is provided with the maximum local full-time radio broadcasting service regardless of the size of the community.
