A bill relating to the effective date of the provision which allows individuals not itemizing their deductions to claim a deduction for certain repayments of supplemental unemployment benefits.

Specifies that the effective date for provisions of law which extend the income tax deduction for certain repayments of supplemental unemployment benefits for non-itemizing taxpayers shall be December 31, 1979.
