A bill to create a Joint Congressional Committee on Foreign Investment Control in the United States.

Creates a Joint Committee on Foreign Investment Control in the United States upon enactment of the Foreign Investment Control Act of 1981. Directs the committee to study the manner in which the National Foreign Investment Control Commission, established by such Act, fulfills its purposes.
