A bill to make the tax deduction for repayment of certain unemployment compensation benefits which is applicable to taxable years beginning after December 28, 1980, applicable to taxable years ending after April 2, 1975.

Makes the tax deduction for repayment of certain unemployment benefits applicable to tax years ending after April 2, 1975.

Waives any statute of limitation which prevents tax refunds resulting from the amendments made by this Act.
