A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to establish a minimum pension of $600 for veterans of a period of war who have permanent and total non-service-connected disabilities and who are entitled to receive pension and for the surviving spouses of such veterans who are entitled to receive pension.

A bill to amend the adjustment assistance programs under the Trade Act of 1974 in order to impose import fees on articles causing injury to domestic workers, firms, and communities sufficient in amount to reimburse the Federal Government for the cost of such programs.

A bill to require adjustments in census population figures for aliens in the United States illegally so as to prevent distortions in the reapportionment of the House of Representatives, the legislative apportionment and districting of the States, and the allocation of funds under Federal assistance programs.

Emergency Unemployment Compensation Act of 1980

A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to allow members of the Armed Forces who are stationed overseas without their families a deduction for travel expenses back to the United States.
