A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act so as to modify the criteria respecting certain self-employment income, derived from the sale of certain agricultural or horticultural commodities, for purposes of the social security retirement test.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to disregard self-employment income received from the sale of certain agricultural or horticultural commodities, for the purposes of determining benefits based on income under such title.
