A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act so as to modify the criteria respecting certain self-employment income, derived from the sale of certain agricultural or horticultural commodities, for purposes of the social security retirement test.

Amends title II (Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to disregard self-employment income received from the sale of certain agricultural or horticultural commodities, for the purposes of determining benefits based on income under such title.
