National Economic Commission Act - Establishes a National Economic Commission to investigate the sources of inflation, high interest rates, low productivity, rising unemployment, lowered savings and investment, and increased foreign trade deficits.
Directs the President to appoint ten members to the Commission representing business, labor, government, and the academic community. Requires the Commission to submit its findings and recommendations to the President and the Congress within ten months of the enactment of this Act.
Authorizes appropriations to carry out the provisions of this Act.
