A resolution to express the sense of the House with respect to the participation of the United States in the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow.

Declares that the U.S. Olympic Committee and athletes ought not to participate in any international sports competition held in the Soviet Union, including the 1980 summer Olympics, unless Soviet troops are withdrawn from Afghanistan by February 20, 1980.
