A resolution providing for the establishment of the Select Committee on Materials and Natural Resources.

Establishes within the House of Representatives a Select Committee on Materials and Natural Resources to conduct an investigation and study of shortages of materials and natural resources affecting the United States.

Directs such committee to submit an annual report to the House of Representatives which includes a summary of its activities for the year.
