Amends title XVI (Supplemental Security Income for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled) of the Social Security Act to require the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, in determining the reasonable value of the house of an applicant for benefits under such title, to take into account variations in the prevailing market prices of homes as between different regions of the country and as between urban, rural, and other areas within any such region, and to periodically review such determinations.
