A bill to amend the Council on Wage and Price Stability Act to extend the authority granted by such Act to September 30, 1981, and for other purposes.

Amends the Council on Wage and Price Stability Act to: (1) number of authorized GS-16, 17, and 18 level positions; (2) increase authorization of appropriations for fiscal year 1979 and to extend authorizations through fiscal year 1981; and (3) extend the authority of the Act to September 30, 1981.
