A concurrent resolution urging the President to take certain actions with respect to the flight of Cuban natives from Cuba.

Urges the President to secure greater international cooperation with respect to the large number of Cubans who recently have fled or are attempting to flee Cuba. Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President should seek the discussion of such situation in an appropriate international forum.
