A concurrent resolution disapproving certain regulations submitted to the Congress on April 3, 1980, with respect to the Adult Education State-Administered program authorized under section 304 and 306 of the Adult Education Act, as amended.

Disapproves the final regulations submitted to the Congress on April 3, 1980, pertaining to the adult education State-administered program authorized under the Adult Education Act, on the grounds of their inconsistency with such Act.

Returns such regulations to the Commissioner of Education to be modified or otherwise disposed of as provided under the General Education Provisions Act.
