A concurrent resolution strongly condemning the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan and calling for the removal of the 1980 Summer Olympic games from Moscow.

Condemns the Soviet Union for its aggression and continued presence in Afghanistan. Calls upon the President to express U.S. concern over such aggression.

Urges the International and the U.S. Olympic Committees to seek an alternative site for the 1980 summer Olympic games.
