A concurrent resolution establishing a Commission on Legislative-Judicial Relations.

Establishes a Commission on Legislative-Judicial Relations in the Congress to conduct a study of article III, section 2, of the Constitution relating to the authority of Congress to limit the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and inferior courts and other related issues. Requires the Commission to submit a report to the Congress.
