A bill to enlarge the boundary of the Cibola National Forest.
Modifies the exterior boundary of the Cibola National Forest, New Mexico to include additional acreage. Conditions the inclusion of such land upon the city of Albuquerque acquiring a certain tract. Provides that any lands owned by the United States in the described tracts, or any lands acquired by the Secretary of Interior and tranferring to the Secretary of Agriculture, shall be administered in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the National Forest System.
Authorizes appropriations, not to exceed $12,000,000, from the Land and Water Conservation Fund for acquisition of the described lands.
