A bill to provide for allocation of natural gas during periods of natural gas supply emergency.
Temporary Natural Gas Emergency Supply Act - Authorizes the President to determine that a natural gas supply emergency exists within interstate pipeline service areas.
Directs the Federal Power Commission to order transfers of natural gas supplies to pipeline systems which are experiencing emergencies.
Stipulates that the emergency authority granted by this Act shall expire on May 1, 1977.
