Establishes within the House of Representatives a select committee to study the constitutional basis of the January 22, 1973, United States Supreme Court decisions on abortion, the ramifications of such decisions on the power of the several States to enact abortion legislation, and the need for remedial action by Congress on the subject of abortions. Requires the committee to report to the House of Representatives within six months of adoption of this Resolution the results of its study.
