Resolution providing for continuation of the appointment of a special counsel to represent the House and the Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce in certain judicial proceedings.

Authorizes the chairman of the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations of the Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce to continue to intervene in the pending action, "Ashland Oil Incorporated against Federal Trade Commission, et al," to secure information relating to natural gas reserves.

Authorizes the chairman of the Committee to employ special counsel to represent the Committee in such proceeding.
