A resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives with respect to actions which should be taken by Members of the House upon being charged with certain crimes, and for other purposes.

Declares that a Member of the House of Representatives, who is charged with the commission of a crime for which a sentence of two or more years may be imposed, should stand aside from any committee and subcommittee chairmanships for as long as the charges are pending. Allows the Member to retain the right to vote in the House and in committee for as long as the charges pend.
