A resolution to maximize local nighttime radio service.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the Federal Communications Commission should maximize local primary radio broadcast service in any proceeding respecting the provision of class I-A and I-B radio service.

Prohibits the operation of a standard broadcast station with power in excess of 50,000 watts.
