Amends the Clayton Antitrust Act to entitle the United States, natural persons, and State attorney generals acting as parens patriae for persons residing within the State to bring civil actions under such Act for injury in fact, to business or property as a direct or indirect purchaser or seller or otherwise.
States that this amendment shall apply to any civil action pending on June 9, 1977, or filed thereafter.
