A bill to amend part B of title XI of the Social Security Act to exempt small hospitals and other small inpatient facilities, in rural and other areas, from the requirement of review by a professional standards review organization and from the related requirements and provisions of that part.

Amends Title XI, part B (Professional Standards Review) of the Social Security Act to exempt hospitals and inpatient facilities having fewer than 100 beds from the requirement of review by a Professional Standards Review Organization and from the related requirements and provisions of that part.
