A bill to amend the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 for the purposes of extending the program established by such act and raising the amounts of coverage available under such act.

Amends the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 to increase the amount of coverage available to reflect any increases in the cost of building materials and labor. Extends the national flood insurance program to June 30, 1979.
