Authorizes appropriations in specified amounts out of the Airport and Airway Trust Fund to the Secretary of Transportation for fiscal year l978 for specified aviation-related research, demonstration, and development projects under the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 and the Airport and Airway Development Act of 1970.
Requires the annual disclosure by Federal Aviation Administration officials of any financial interest held in any person subject to the provisions of this Act.
