A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, in order to revise the provisions therein relating to the acquisition of land by the Veterans' Administration for national cemeteries.

Requires submission to Congress of notice of the proposed acquisition of land by the Veterans' Administration for a national cemetery, together with a prospectus containing a description of the land, a description of the cemetery facilities to be built on it, and an estimate of the maximum cost of the project. Allows the acquisition of such land to go forward if Congress does not disapprove within a specified period of time following receipt of notice.
